Matt earned his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Missouri in 2009 before relocating to the greater Phoenix area, where he built a successful foundation in outside sales prior to transitioning into real estate full-time in 2012. Over the past decade, he has developed extensive experience throughout the Valley, with a strong focus on the luxury and lifestyle markets of Cave Creek and North Scottsdale.

During a brief period back in Chicago, Matt partnered with one of the city’s top-producing real estate groups taking part in hundreds of transactions. That high-level experience sharpened his negotiation skills, transaction management expertise, and ability to keep even the most complex deals together. In addition to his sales success, Matt held leadership roles focused on coaching, training, and mentoring agents, helping develop systems and strategies that elevated both client service and team performance.

As a longtime Arizona resident, Matt offers clients an insider’s perspective on the communities, lifestyle, and market trends that make the Valley such a desirable place to live. His background working with investors has also given him a sharp eye for value and long-term opportunity, helping buyers make confident and informed decisions.

Matt lives in Cave Creek with his wife Casey, their sons Griffin and Hudson, and their dog Maggie. When he’s not working with clients, you’ll likely find him enjoying everything the area has to offer from local restaurants to youth sports, and family time around the Cave Creek area.
